Its a great thing to be able to present your children with a Chocolate Chip loaf, knowing that its full of goodness and nutrients. This loaf is perfect for making in advance, slicing and freezing for convenience.
1 1/2 tsp Dried Yeast
300g White Bread Flour
50g Cacao Powder
2 tsp Coconut Sugar
25g Melted Coconut Oil
1 1/2 tsp Salt
300ml water – room temp
2 tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
For this recipe you will need a bread machine, or a lot of time to make it by hand.
Add the ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed. Put the sugar in one corner and the salt in the opposite.
If you have the same bread machine as me, select menu 2. If not, choose your rapid loaf setting. It should take approximately 2 hours.
