This is where I share my tried and tested recipes that I have developed over the years for me, my family and friends. They are healthy, refined sugar free, and as you will see there are many favourites to be found.
A note on ingredients..
I always buy Organic whenever possible! I buy the best ingredients that I can afford and make most things from scratch. I know this isn’t always possible for everyone, so please buy the best that you can. If I use an ingredient that you don’t have – substitute it or click on the ingredient and you will be directed to the shop where you can buy it! If you need any help, come and ask.. I’m always here and will do my best 🙂 but the most important thing is, have fun! Cooking for me is my way to unwind. It can be as simple or as difficult as you want it to be..but if you’re in a rush or simply to shattered to cook, I have quick recipes like my Creamy Chicken Curry or, prepare ahead. Sometimes if I know I’m going to have a busy week ahead I chop up garlic and onions and pop them in a freezer bag, ready to sauté with a squeeze of lemon and a tin of chopped tomatoes for a quick pasta sauce. I will show you meals to stock up your freezer with, smoothies, breads, soups the list is endless. I even have a few cocktails that can not be beaten on taste or goodness..
